i got a buddy of mine who's been traing about a year, he's 25yrs old 5'7'' 140lb not much body fat, he wants to gain about 15 to 20 lb, my advice to him was dieting right and cramming in that protien, but he's stuborn and wants to cycle.
whats the best thing for this dude? i thought d-bol at about 25mg a day for 6 to 8 weeks and post w/ clomid and see how that went, any better ideas please tell me, thanks for any input
