Friggemall, you don't EVER get this far in life without learning something.

J/K, but thank you for the kind words, I'm no genius, but I just hate to see someone go through crap unnecessarily.

I learn a lot from other people here every day, and lxorl, the moral of the story is always keep an open mind and learn from others who've been there before you.

yeah, army ranger is more of one of those things that would be fun for a day or two... nothing i could actually do.

peditrician seems a little too far out of my reach at this point..... i never took any science or math, so i dont know if im good at them or not.

I may look into being a volunter firefighter.

I have a degree in graphic design, and i know web design and some small database stuff.....but its really gotten me nowhere.

peditrician: go to juco and pick those up, unless you were meaning you weren't really good at those subjects. Remember grades aren't posted on a physicians office wall, only the diploma.

Firefighter: seems perfectly within reach, you can start off as a volonteer to see if you like it, if not move on.

airborn army ranger: Ummm, do you like cardio because they do a lot of it with heavy shit on their backs. You want to do that soon, I think they have an age restriction for the first enlistment. At least way back when I was in the Air Force, (btw we rule all the branches), I think it was like 26 or 27, but that may have changed with recent circumstances. Really this one would be a great career also, plus the college benefits, and even if you stayed and retired you'd still be a young man of 46 to start a second career.

These are all good careers and I think all three of these would make one feel very rewarde atthe end of every day.

i called to inquire about becoming a firefighter in my area, and i need the full EMT training... plus the fire rescue course... That makes it not much of an option at this point. I need to keep an income and cant do a year of school full time right now. I may consider doing volunteer as a hobby though.

I guess i can always work right now, untill i get instate residency and then try and get my masters, but i dont know what in..... maybe some sort of business.... maybe a bikini car wash.
