Jesse was in for a pretty big surprise when he got in office. It was a lot harder and more complicated that he expected. I wonder if the same will happen with Arnold? I don't know how he's gonna try to change things in Ca. The reason businesses are leaving is b/c it's too expensive in Ca (high cost of living, fees for this and that). How he's gonna change that? Best of luck to him either way. JMHO
