Before everyone jumps to conclusions about what's been going on here as of late, let me take some time and try to explain things a little.

This is going to be very hard to do without upsetting some people. I'm sorry, but I won't be able to go into much detail.

The problems have been around for a while and basically boil down to continually degradeing morale, crappy cross-board drama, and conflicts between moderateing staff and "management"

There isn't 1 direct problem, and I'm not going to go into details anyway.

I think the source of all these problems stem from Gearedup's absence. When he has returned, he's made some board decisions and posts that were not in good judgement. A recent event of this type has caused alot of drama, and as you may have noticed, alot of mod's have resigned.

Please stick with us, there's no danger to our members. I'm around for the time being, but please realize I'm very busy without having the aid of my fellow mod's.

Geared is hard to get ahold of at the best of times.. Bass (the admin) is sick and quite busy with all this drama going on.

I dunno why you need to contact them, but let me know if I can help.

Apart from once being a mod here I certainly don't want to see this board go down the tube. There are a great many people here that deserve this place and each and every other place they venture too but all of this may be the final "reaction" to many "actions" that have since took place.

I don't like drama on boards as it's tiresome, I myself can only stand so much more of this.

I don't know what's going on but in response to this crisis I want to say that FG has been good to me since I've joined up a few months ago,I've met a lot of good bros here and it would be a sad day to see this board go down because of some shit.

I do agree that when I came back here about 1 1/2 months ago from a 2 month layoff from the board that the board changed,it wasn't the same FG as it was before I left but despite all of this I decided to stick around,there are still some of my bros still here and as long as they are still here then so am I,yes I've joined up at SM and I like that board too but I like this board also and as long as my bros are still here then I will be here.

The best thing we can do is just ride the wave out so to speak,let's not start any rumors because if that happens then most for sure this board will be ripped apart and I don't want to see that happen,GU is a good bro,I like some have known him since the old FB so I know in my heart that when he gets back this whole thing will be taken care off in the meantime keep all dirty laundry away from here and lets enjoy this board.
