    They can not wipe themself up!

    Some of the biggest guys around, some of the top pros can not wipe it up after going to the bathroom (limited range of motion/musclebound).

    They have to use other resources...

    How cool is that?

    What do you make out of it?

                  I am only 265 (low bf) and I'll tell'ya there are days (back-days) I feel uncomfortable doing it - getting cramps and all that.

                  The post was intended to be on sarcastic note (although I know it is true in some cases).

                  How about combing/washing your hair on the bicep days?
