Just talked to the old bitty that I backed into. She said for me to pay her insurance deductable, and rental car, and that'd suit her. Now she totally changed, so she wants me to pay the damage out of my pocket.

That's what I originally was going to do, but I was relieved when I was gonna have to pay $350 instead of $1300!!

Beeotch got my hopes up for nothing!

well she was either trying to screw ya or had no clue what she was talkin about. unless bama is different she had no deductible and your policy was gonna pay for her rental car. if u went through insurance no money would come out of your pocket. but it would be on your record

No that's the thing, I wanted to pay out of pocket, and $1300 is fine, but she just got my hopes up saying the she'd let me pay her insurance deduct. Why she would do that I'm not sure, but oh well..

cause she does not have one and she wanted to pocket the money. like i said before i tell me clients trust noone especially a kid in a mustang. well guess what the kid in the mustang should not trust anyone either even if they are old. just make sure there is $1300 dollars worth of damage done to her car. cause thats what the insurance company would do and she would have a harder time making money off the situation. or just give her the 1300 dollars, GET A RECIEPT AND MAKE HER SIGN A WAIVER SAYING THAT YOU ARE RELAESED OF ALL DAMAGES TO THE CAR AND BODILY INJURY. you must always cover your ass
