This is really fuked up...if you're bulking you need to eat alot of calories and high amount of protein, and this doesn't include junk food, you only wanna get lean mass and muscle..and then if you're dieting down...you have to lower your calories, and watch carbs etc...so my point of all this is I don't know what to eat anymore. I'm sick and tired of eating same food over...and over..when I go grocery shopping I don't know what to buy..chicken, rice, potatoes, veggies, beef etc its all getting bored to me...how do you controle this adittude...?

My advice is to throw out the idea that you have to eat certain foods when bulking. Just eat like a madman.
Eat as much as you possibly can and eat a large variety of foods. If you get sick of a certain food, stop eating it and switch to something else. Treat eating during a bulking cycle like a job. It's a chore to constantly eat, but you must.
High amount of protein? Don't get too caught up on the issue of protein intake. If you are on a bulking cycle and you've included meat in your diet, then protein should not be an issue.
It seems to me that everyone wants to bulk up with beautiful proportions and lots of lean muscle mass. Good luck. If you are blessed with amazing genetics, then maybe! There is a time to bulk and there is a time to cut. Decide which one you want to do, then do it properly. Don't get stuck in no-man's land, where you are watching what you are eating and trying to keep your chiseled sick pack and trying to get big... all at the same time.
The truth of the matter is you can literally switch to fat as your main source of caloric intake for a bulking season and then hit competition form with a proper cutting cycle in one season. I have seen my uncle do this several times. I personally don't have the stomach for such an enterprise, but to each his own.
The only thing I would advise against would be eating foods that make you feel sick to your stomach... foods that would prevent you from eating frequently. For me, fried foods make me have a sick feeling. Pizza makes me feel sick too, so I stay away from that stuff -- and they seem to be filling to the point where I don't even want to look at food for the rest of the day.
I realize I'm going to get a lot of flak because of my perspective, but I want to point out that this advice is what I'd give to a person who finds it hard to pack on the pounds... aka the hardgainer.I know nothing about any of this insanity... it's just a fun game to me.

Yeah I'm 210lbs right now..my bf is around 10% to 11%.. and you're right in many things..no matter what kind of food you eat, when bulking you'll gain weight but some fat too..and cardio will get the job done...how much calories you consume each day, you gotta burn em too,...

yeh....all i eat is chicken strips with mashed potatoes. Some times I'll have a turkey sub from subway or maybe some pasta. I find if you buy a really tasty calorie shake, then it makes it better. I get bored of some foods, but I find different ways of cooking them.RIP - Geared
