    Can you get to much protein at once? Or am I ok and just get down all I can up to about 350 or so?

              I have been eating, and thought I was doing good......till I added up the protein! Im not getting what I need! I will never grow!!!

                  just got more oats last night! I eat them every day! its only 5g per 1/2 cup that not that great!

                              i don't have a big appetite so when everone was tellin me eat more i was thinking i was eating enough. it was not until i became extremly organized with my diets, like makeing all my meals for the week on certain days, measured out the portions of evrything , making a log etc...after that i realized i really was not eating enough for my metabolism and it was real easy to add what i needed without ever getting to the point of forcing my food down, because i had it so organized.
