  • No wind in Leankid's sails this morning!

I've gottn back in the groove after some pretty tough times in my life, and starting to see some really good gains in the gym. I've really been motivated more than ever, and really enjoying training.

A recurring injury (rotator cuff) has reared it's ugly head again. After talking to a few buddies with the same injury, I'm a little discouraged.

It seems like they all had to have surgery, and I don't want that! It's severe enough that I'm fairly certain it's a tear somewhere. I guess it'll be a good opportunity to work on my legs, but I'm just not as motivated when I think about no chest day, or shoulder day for a few months!

Not around much more, because my job blows, but damn I miss you folks!!

R.I.P. Geared Up, you are missed my friend!

explore all your options, sometimes dr.s are too ready to do surgery...talk to a Physical therapist or chiropractor, they can often work wonders.

Incline dumbells is my staple chest workout. I noticed some intense pain the other day just putting my arms back far enough to squat. That's when I realized something wasn't right, but kept lifting the next few days, and now they are clicking, popping, and grinding!

Hehe nope that's not the trouble. The trouble is, once it gets up it hurts my shoulder to play with it!

p.s. i know i'm being a dumb ass about it, but 6 MONTHS.

Hey bro the docs told me the same shit. However I'm in chiropractic school and the guys that deal with chiropractic rehabilitation (which has nothing to do with chiropratic, just rehabilitation) but anyway they worked me up and down for 5 weeks and after a little rest and post rehab exercises I am 100% better and way stronger than I was before I started. They hook you up with all these posture and proprioceptive exercises too and now my body is developing much better than before. If your interested you have to find a chiropractor with a diplomat degree in chiropractic rehabilitation. D.A.C.R.B. Its well worth it to save yourself from getting cut on. Good luck brotha
