This is the only part I hate about bulking!
I'm a person who naturally passes alot of gas. Luckily, that gas almost never stinks and I've gotten good at letting it out quietly. Until I start bulking and the protein gets over 150g a day. Then watchout, even the smallest fart packs a potent eggy punch! Meetings at work are hell as I have to hold it in the whole time, and by the end of the meeting I feal sick to my stomache.. that gas wants out! The girlfriend kicked me out of bed last night... she said "the sheets are floating you fucking stinky bastard". I got the feeling she wasn't happy.
Anyone have the same sort of problem? Any suggestions?
