i once tore most of the skin off my left hand doing giants on high bar when i was a gymnast. that was shit, it hurt sooo bad! so i know how you felt

my coach said get back up there :S was not cool at all. so i told him where to stick it. then we put half metho half glecerine(spelling)on it that when i nearly passed out!
