In Sydney a guy who owned a pizza shop had a speed lab above it . it was all good until he mixed the wrong cemicals and it exploded talk out the whole shop.

I was on the way of a franchise but the money they ask at first was pissing me off plus the products you must buy from approved affialiated, or you open a separate pro shop next to the gym if you want to avoid this
