    How many times a week do you workout your abs? I want huge abs, its the only thing I have never really had!

    4 times myself lower then outer then middle abbs 4 times a week

                  i use a 20lb pad bar they use in step class at the gym but a broom stick or anything long enough to go arm to arm is fine even a med ball

                    Never, when I train abs they respond quickly so I get a pouched out stomach, even when I don't train them form months and then one day for heck of it decide to, always have plenty of strength and stamina, of course do lots of cardio though.

                      I work on my abs 2 times a week. Meaning that it's every Tuesday and Thursday
