Happy Monday everyone, I was noticing last night that its a full moon this week.......BLAH, its going to be rough. Everyone HOLDON!
Oh, and I need a spankin, I had peanut butter toast this morning for breakfast.......but it was made with wheat bread, I think that makes it ok.

Gained 8 lbs of water weight over the weekend, pigged out enjoyable and decadently on all high sodium crapola, calorie count was okay.
Today in Big D we have 65 degrees and sunny skies, it's so beautiful I could drink it.
