Hey bros, I have to write an essay for school. It can be about anything I want. I wanted to write about something i enjoy, like bodybuilding. I just need to start up a rough draft so i'm lookin for ideas. I might have to actually use this essay in a competion, so i'm lookin for some quality ideas. (I'm in this honors class called Academic decathalon. I'm in it to help out w/ my english AP class and college.) So any ideas are appreciated. BTW i post as rufio27 at anabolic-alchemy.

Discuss the nutritional aspects of bodybuilding, how protein builds muscle, you can also discuss different exercises that target specific bodyparts.

Plus you may or may not want to write this but I thought I'll throw this at you,you can also write about the steroid side of bodybuilding, how steroids work and such.

        Eat,Learn,Train,Grow
        IntensityX
        Eat,Learn,Train,Grow,Shit,Shave and Shower

I actually did consider the steroid topic, and would enjoy writing about it but the public is to close minded due to the brain washing media

300 years ago we were so physically active to survive

now a days, almost no activity

body builders are folks who's bodies deman activities, and in this world the fastest quickest easiest way to do it for the biggest payoff is the gym

my body craves activity, unfortunately in this day and age
they don't pay lot's money for being active they pay lotsa money for using the noggin

Thats why you should write about the effects the media and the criminalization of steroids, and how they have shaped the public perception of "juice-heads". Then dispute it. There's plenty of information and stories on the boards to to show how with proper education and control steroids are not as bad as they made out to be. Blown out of proportion by the media like most things. My 2 pennies worth.

Yea, i would really like to write about that, but i'm fairly known in my highschool and am captain of the wrestling team. I fear that if i did everyone would accuse me of jucieing and say that all my hard work to get where i'm at is just steroids.
