There has been confirmation from local police that a pet sniper is on the loose. The sniper seems to be targeting local dogs. All dog owners are asked to please keep an eye on your dogs, and to keep them inside as much as possible. So far dozens of dogs have been killed by this heartless criminal and cops have few leeds.
