ab machines
Has anyone tried any of these ab machines on the market. I thought about buying one but didnt know what was any good. I do my normal ab training, but want to try one of these out. Either the AB- Swing, AB-Doer, or AB-Scissor. I've done a search for consumer reports on these products, but the websites want me to pay to join before I can see any reports. Does any body have any thoughts on these products or a website for free consumer reports. I seen the AB- Scissor commercial a few days ago. It's put out By Body By Jake but is a good looking machine. It's kinda like doing the weighted crunch machine @ the gym. The website is www.bodybyjake.com if anyone wants to check it out. The pic. is their on the front page.
