Jipped - same thing happened to me about 12 years ago - sucks when you are honest and they disqualify you for it. I knew several people that tested at the same time as me that just lied through their teeth and they made it in. Mine was 8 months less than the time frame they wanted and they bounced me - told me to come back 1-2 years later. Looking back, I'm glad I never went back. BTW - I also had points taken away from me because I am a caucasion male that never served in the military. One of my friends was minority that had done 4 years as a marine - his actual score on written and physical were lower than mine and he wound up with a final score much higher than mine. Even though I was more qualified (inteligence and physically) he would have been chosen before me to enter the academy! What kind of bu11$hit is that?
