i no its tough.i was in a bad car accident a couple of years ago.i broke all my ribs,toar my spleen,and busted my elbow that bad that now its all metal and i cant straiten my arm out.it took me over 6 months to be able to do anything myself.at the time my dad had to help me get a shower,shave,etc.it was the worst feeling of helpless ness ever.be patient it takes time bro.it gets better.good luck.and a speedy recovery.
