Well the basic movemtns are "Good" they are just the basic, but I would go to a German volume training while supersettingHEll that kill any man alive
.
But also incorporate other weights training that also include pylometric, ex like Javorek's coach, look at his name under Google.
There some good movements that will increase the power of his muscles and be beneficial for football:
ex:
take the bar like a front squat, squat it then push the bar up, same could be apply with db and he can also do the same movement but when he push the bar up he jump....
they are quite hard to describe here.
As for pylometric for a MLB,
the jump box are good,
but I would go toward, 25-40 yards sprint, lateral movements and backyard movememtns to increase his speed while reading.
all of them done at least 20 times.
but they are hard to explain on the net and im pissed we lost 33-0, two of my players left in ambulance including my All start MIddle
they were totally shitty, 25% rate of fumble, no tackles at all, I am pissed.
but hit me at msn anyway
322three doodoo is back! Hide your women!
