I've seen no one display an expaned rib cage(vacuum) on stage since the days of arnold and zane, my first show is in march and i hope to bring some of these things to the stage when i compete. I've had ambitions of becoming a pro bodybuilder for some time (even though i'm only 21 now) but if i ever get lucky enough to get the chance it will be with a physique like zane or shawn ray.

Hard to show a big rib cage with a big gut. There are still 65-70+ inch chests around though, but without the tiny waist, forget it. Plus the arms are bigger now too, it all adds up.
I FINALLY saw the Kovaks NOC pix, and he looks like a white Ronnie. -
