As soon as the swelling goes down I will post some pictures. Keep in mind however that the pointy chest always stop me from getting big and cut, it always discouraged me. Now I have big plans as soon as everything heals properly. But as for upper body it doesnt look like I will be back in the gym very soon. Its only been a few days and the swelling and bruises has been significantly going down. So far, my nipple is flat which makes me extremely happy and as the swelling goes down my chest gets flatter and flatter. This has already given me a self confidence boost and its not even done healing yet.

              Dear Journal,
The swelling keeps going down and this vest is annoying and itching the hell out of me. Why cant I go out and play in the sun like the other kids? OH I know why, because if i go outof the air conditioner in this vest I itch like crazy and become a miserable asshole. But, it will all be worth it when everything heals and I wont be ashamed. I love you journal. Love, DeezGunz

Its been under 2 weeks, swelling is just about gone and the scabs from where the cuts were made are pealing off. It looks like there will be no scars and its amazing.

Congratulations! How much $$$ did the surgery cost? Was the surgeon board certified?

Did they cut on the side of your nips, or up around the arm pit?

Did they use dissolvable stitches or regular? Real question is do you have to get those suckers pulled out?

The final cost was $5000 although you can get it done for much cheaper at other places. The guy was supposedly one of the top guys in Manhattan and in like New York Magazines top surgeons magazine. He used regular stitches but taking them out took about 2 seconds and not one ounce of pain. He made two small "stab wounds". One on each nipple, where the pink meets the regular skin so its kind of blended in, and another one near each arm pit. You can barely notice any scaring now and its only been about 2 weeks so I am sure by the end of the healing no one will be able to tell I had anything done except for me.

Sounds good. Did you have to pay for it yourself? I doubt insurance would cover it. Did the doc remove the glands or just lipo the fat? Both? Did they put you under during the operation? If so, do you feel weak right now from the drugging?

Insurance didnt pay for it so I had to pay for it myself. The doctor just did the lipo and didnt do anything about the glands. I dont think my chest really got any worse over time from a gland problem, I think it just seemed that way as the muscle underneath would grow. My chest is still tender and I probably still wont be doing any heavy chest for a little while longer which will be the reason for my weakness. Otherwise the anesthia really didnt do any damage to my strength.

Hey DeezGunz! Can you post some before and after pics? A couple more questions for you: during surgery did the doctor snake some tube into your lungs to assist breathing? Did they tell you to sleep upright?

These are the two things that worry me when I decide to get mine taken care of.
