I was thinking the exact same thing. WTF is this world coming to?

I'm such a dumbass!!
That's exactly what was going on. He is on the hall comitee etc, but apparently hasn't seen any tapes. He only knew I went to that wedding because he read about it in the paper. Apparently! I havn't talked to him myself yet.
I think he's getting in shit now tho... When I got home, I called the groom (he's one of my best friends) who called his parents, who know the chairman of that comitee. So his parents called the chairman, the chairman says "no effen way" and the chairman calleds my co-worker. So eventually my co-worker calls the groom's parents, apologizes, tells them what's going on, and promises that he'll give me an apology at work today!
Lol... all this crap over a stupid prank.
He had me going tho.. he's a manager for a different department and I only know him because I take care of the computer systems in their department. He'd be one of the last people I'd expect to be pulling a practical joke on me.
I'm starting to wonder if he actually did see a tape, but nothing was done or said until now. And when the shit hit the fan, everything got denied? I dunno...
RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.
