    ANYONE ELSE DO THIS I END UP HITTING EVERY MUSCLE EVERY 2 DAYS

    i like to spend a day on each major muscle group and really blast it, but then i let it heal for three or four days. i would be worried about overtraining your way , but what works for you works for you right. and take your caps off bro , thanks.

      I tried it. I felt good doing it, but my gains were minimal. Overtraining, went to a 5 day routine where I hit each bodypart once a week and gained 10lbs in a month. Thats just my $.02.

        Well to tell you I think it shocks my body I dont use this much and nt all the times I use it when im stuck I do this for i week and go for there . I get alot of rest .
