Think about it! 3 months with nothing to do but eat, train, and rest. I'd be huge! Not to mention that my lodgeing, workout equipment, and 3 meals a day would all be free!

I think the idea of weight training for convicts is a horrible idea. Being in prison is supposed to suck so bad, you never want to go back.
Kudos to that sheriff and his tent city though - the prisoners were *****ing about being in the +100 degree heat all day, and the sheriff told them that our soldiers were doing the same thing in Iraq, so "too damn bad" or something like that
