So YJ, are you suggesting that the cycling federation are turning a blind eye to armstrongs doping or that he has figured out a way to mask the tests?

Many riders get busted for doping.

When he was accused of doping, it was because of some traces of steroid found in his urine during one of his many mid race testings. Later foundings proved that it was from some skin cream that had been prescribed to him and thus legal. The International Cycling Union issued a statement during the Tour clearing him. Officials said cyclists could use the cream if a doctor had prescribed it.

So using perscribed drugs that no one else uses it legal? Wow, they should clean up their rules a little bit..... no wonder its only on TV once a year...

          Yes. Legal.

It was skin cream. Just because some stupid spanish rider is still using cow sperm to cut down on his nutties chaffing, doesnt mean that any civilized rider shouldnt use anything better. That spanish rider can use what lance used, he just doesnt have it available to him in pamplona spain. Not armstrongs fault.

but i like the position you are taking. devils advocates are good.

So basically he's using a performance enhancing drug many other riders arent using? That almost seems fair.....

Not a performance enhancing drug. An ass rash reliever. There is no performance gain from topical ass rash cream is there? I mean if he was washing his hair with Nizoral (the 2% kind from nizman) then i can see the concern, but topical chode cream?

Then why would anyone claim blood doping? Im sure theres more to the story than you think... CNNSI isnt the most credible source of information...

I think they claim blood doping because of his dominance. People dont give a fuck if i dope, because i am a 50 mile a week rider, not an elite rider.

Same as in anything else, the guy that takes last place in a bodybuilding competition has the least chance of getting tested or accused of using AAS. The winner will always have its skeptics.

                  IMO

I suppose..... I still think there's some truth behind it, but theres really nothing set in stone to prove it so I guess we'll never know.

Most of the blood doping rumors got started by the European press when they were pissed that an American was taking the Tour de France victories from them. They assumed that he was on stuff due to his cancer which turned out to be false. Now that he spends much of his time in France training, I don't think they're so hard on him, LOL.

There is no steroid tests for olympia. The only thing they test for is diuretics just so they can say we test for "drugs". Thats it. When they al piss in the cup they can have any steroid they like in there, but no lasix, thats against the rules.
