I agree...He keeps sayin he's disgusted in himself for committing adultery, but somehow I don't believe this is the first time he cheated on his wife...

You know, I can't believe that I am the only one here who believes the girl. I can tell you the scenario, they are messing around and she is all into it... then he wants to have sex and she doesn't want to go that far and then he jsut keeps telling her how she'll like it and goes along, but is a little fearful of saying no.... which is forced sex... I bet that he kept pushing her and pushing her without stopping even though she was truely trying to stop him. I'm sure Kobe has the biggest ego just like all the other professional athletes... they think that they can have everything... I believe her!

The information that she tried to OD has nothing to do with if he did or didn't do it. If she said no then he should have stopped. The only problem is who do you believe. Kobe has lied during this whole thing. Is she telling a lie? Until it all plays out we don't know. I for one am holding my opinion until I have more info.

what did he lie about? he turned himself in when the arrest warrant was issued before he was even charged. he admitted to adultery when the charges were filed against him. am i missing something here?

all i know is, you are a young woman - you finish your work and voluntairly go up to an all star's room. you're there for 45 minutes. then you go home. then the NEXT day you go to the police? if i were sexually assulted, i would have ran out of the f*ing room and gone straight to the hospital or police immediately.

and i personally think that her OD has a lot to say about her overall mental state and mental stability. personally, i think it decreases her credibility.

Can I just say have any of you girls met professional athletes out on a Friday night? I have and they are the biggest asses you've ever met. They are only looking for a good time and most of them are married! The biggest sleeze I met out was David Justice.... he and his friends were only about trying to get you to go home with them... think about how many of these guys beat their wives. I'm 99% sure Kobe is guilty. He wanted what he couldn't have and he took it from her anyways.

I think kobe is innocent. When your a star shit like this can happen. You sleep with someone who is unstable and then send them on their way and the best way to get you back is to rip your clothes and say he raped you. Why would kobe need to rape anyone. If she says no he can kick her out of his room go to a bar and get any woman he wants. Innocent imo
