Now I have to go have some this weekend. We have this place that makes green mussels - cheese on top, pine nuts, broiled and topped with some roe. Tuna, Salmon and Freshwater Eel - WOW!

If I could afford to eat sushi only for the rest of my life I would!!!

Sashimi Tuna = speaks for itself!!!
Sashimi Salmon = with a little dot of wasabi and a dip in soy sauce has a cool "buttery" texture YUM!!

Catapillar roll = lots of avacado for those good fats and that sweet sauce rocks!!

the Squid salad with sesame yummmmm

one of my favorite topics, we have two all you can eat sushi places in phoenix "Todai"=expensive and some other place at the chinese cultural center that rocks and only costs 20 bucks a head.

When my wife and I leave the regular sushi bar we usually are down at least $130.00 including tip, which means I don't get to eat at my favorite place that often.
