training about 9 years, in the beginning more of a recreational activity since getting out of school(college) have been taking things a little more seriously. at first, i figured i had the structure for powerlifting (cause i'm a short little facker) but realized once i started playing hockey again that i can't carry the extra weight very well! so now the mission is to keep as much size & look good naked, HA!

bf% is about 20%, hoping to cut that in half by the end of summer.
still a little too fat to post any kind of measurements, but hopefully with a little help from the forums here... find a couple of tried & true methods to help get to my goal. any all help is certainly appreciated...
