The woman who caused my 4 car accident did not receive a summons. After switching lanes to avoid hitting the car behind me she sideswiped a car in another lane, swideswiped the car behind me and then plowed into me. To top it off she had the nerve to tell the cop that I came to a sudden stop. No shit lady, I stopped to avoid hitting the car in front of me. WTF? The cop told me her insurance is already going to go up a lot and that he felt bad for her. Screw that, she lost total control of her car and almost killed people.

Should I sign a complaint against her or not?

No but a 2002 Jetta I owned with no payments is ruined, my neck is messed up, I missed three days of work, I am paying an extra $7.00/day for a rental and the stupid driver didn't even ask if I was OK.
