If you like to stay under factory warrinty and drive a new car every 3 years lease is the best...

IMO Lease is the way to go if you like to roll new rides all the time.

I lease all the time... to get out of a lease early, you need to buy it out of the lease, then sell on your own, the last car I had I did that and MADE $400! Crazy! Then you get a new car every 4 years or so... the thing that people do which they shouldn't is put money down. You should put down $0 and keep your money in the bank. Your payments are higher, but you'll pay the same amount if you pay it up front or in the long haul and why should the car companies make money off your money? Always pay the least possible. AND make sure you get the proper miles per year on your lease.

I also DO know what I am talking about, my sisters fiance is a car buyer for a BMW/Land Rover/VW ****** out here.

If you are looking at the BMW X5 it's totally great, my mom has one and it's a wonderful car!
