I heard it's really bad to drink when on any kind of strength training program(later on, not actually WHILE your working out of course), i know that it dehydrates you and whatnot, and also heard from a friend that you would gain muscle for the next 2 weeks, from getting drunk???? I just want to know whats up about this
but yeah most alcoholics are skinny, there is this bum in my home town named herbie joe and he begs for money and he buys whiskey with the money. He doesn't care about building muscle, he only has one leg.
