Damn man. It's amazing to me how many people can't understand the Bush administration and how it's working to greatly better our country. Steadily fixing problems left incomplete by incompitent previous leaders.

It's very simple to take full advantage of the opportunity of salary. Figure your average OT per pay-period. Better yet, what's your max OT. When you're approached with salary, you will know what you need to stay a float. So if anything. The switch to salary would be a nice raise. And guess what. You don't have to work any OT.
