    Bench: 135x12, 155x10, 175x8, 175x8, 185x5

    Tbar rows: 45x8, 70x8, 80x6

    Tricep Pushdown(wow what a waste of time): 60x10 60x10 80x8 80x8

    Curls 40x10 40x10 50x8 60x6 30x20

    Ran 1 mile

    how do you spell DUMB 15 YR OLD NEWBIE!!! lol
