After being the first car hit in a 4 car pileup. Needless to say I was doing about 55 MPH on my way to work this morning when traffic came to a sudden stop. I was able to come to stop because I was a good distance behind the car in front of me but some stupid woman in a huge SUV wasn't paying attention. She tried to switch lanes to avoid hitting me, sideswiped another car, hit be in the back doing about 50 and caused another car to hit the sideswiped car. She didn't even ask if I was ok. I was taken to the ER and diagnosed with severe whiplash and a hair fracture in my ankle. My car is trashed and she came within inches of hitting the fuel tank. Well, at least I lived and a I can always get a new car. I already have a lawyer on it so hopefully she will pay for driving like an idiot. My neck is so stiff and they say that neck injuries can be very tricky.

What was that Vandoo? This pain medication is good shit! Anyway my 2002 Jetta has no trunk. The tow truck driver said he lost complete control of her car and was probably yapping on a cell phone. I saw it coming and tensed up so my neck just snapped back.

Yeah Keiser, my boss already has an attorney lol...He is former NYC stock broker so he knows people. He told me that his friend will stick it up her ass for me.
I don't like suing for money but my car is gone, my neck hurts and I am scared shitless to drive that highway again. I was pinned against a divider too.Comment

I was on 22 East in NJ. Worst road ever and yes MY NECK IS KILLING ME. Time to go take pics of the car and pick up a police report. I will post what the report says so you can all laugh at how many charges this woman should be hit with. Hopefully Reckless, Tailgating, and lastly driving like an idiot
My attorney wants to soak her for 100K but I really don't care. Just pay for my car, health insurance and some money for my damn neck. Thanks for the support bros!
