  • Pork Ribs Disaster!

Well guys, the ribs didn't quite come out like I wanted them too.

Remember how I wanted the meat to fall off the bones? Well it did.. too well. I couldn't get the buggers out of the crock-pot, they literally fell apart. There was no way I was going to be able to grill the things.

I guess it wasn't a total disaster. I ended up throwing them in the frying pan (even had a couple groups with 3 bones that stuck together) with some BBQ sauce.

The meat texture was amazing! Literaly melted in your mouth.. but the flavor needed some work Next time it's only 4 hours in the crock pot!
RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.

Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

GG here is what you so next time!

Boil the ribs for 20-25 minutes.

next... wrap the ribs in foil with your favorite BBQ sauce

then grill on low for 30 minutes on the top part of the grill.

        works for me every time
