    I've had strep the last couple of days and have been completely void of energy and motivation to work out. I'm still putting my first cycle together so I'm still natural (w/ whey protein, creatine and heavy weights). I was lookin' pretty good, but over the last couple of days I've seen noticable decrease in muscle mass (maybe I'm hallucinating). Should I force my self to work out? Should I forget about until I'm over this shit? If I work out, any suggestions on how to get a good pump without killing yourself when your sick?
