10.4% Allmost there...my goal is 6% in the next 2 months. I let myself get way too fat this year. I put on a lot of size, but the more I look at the numbers, the more I realize that it was bad size, lol. I got up to allmost 240 this year, but I bet my BF was between 16-18% - I'm at 220 now. I figure I'll hit 6% at about 205 - damn...that's small. Oh well...I learned a lot this time around. I'll do things much differently this winter. It's been hell dieting off so much weight!

The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

lol - i have no desire to compete, i just want to see if i can get there. i think i can maintain 8-10% @ about 220lbs with only mild occasional cycles. at least i hope i can...maybe not. we'll see.The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. here is my current diet, and no I'm not looking for anyone to critique it so save your breath.
Breakfast: 50G Pro Shake, 2/3 cup oatmeal
Meal two: 8oz canned chicken breast, 5oz plain baked potato
Meal three: 8oz canned chicken breast, 2/3 cup ouatmeal
Meal four: 8oz canned chicken breast, 5oz plain baked potato
Pre workout: 1 tablespoon low sodium peanut butter
Post workout: 3 plain rice cakes, and 50 grams of protein (isopure)
Meal six: 8oz lean ground beef or 8oz chicken or 8oz sirloin, or 8oz ground turkey (99% lean), 4 oz asparagus
It is very different from most of the diets I have done in the past. maybe that's why it has seemed easier. I try not to cheat at all, but if I do I make sure it's something semi-healthy such as sushi/sashimi...The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept.
