IMHO there is no lesser of two evils.

1)If we fight, we will be attacked by terrorists hiding in other countries. Breeding hatred along the way.

2)If we don't fight, Saddam and his allies will continue to move and build weapons to attack the US cowardly.

None of the American Public knows what is hapening behind the scenes. ALL of the MEDIA is filtered and misleading.

Don't even make it sound like the American embargo on Iraq is making their people starve, when we all know the money Saddam is getting from the UN Food for Oil program is building palaces and advanced weaponry. You know where all his weapons are hidden? Underneath hospitals and schools.

3)About that post "all the good Clinton has done.." His admin is the reason for this war about to start. When the weapons inspectors were expelled in 1998 he did JACK SHIT. Saddam had 4 years to develop, sell to Islamic Jihad/Al Qaeda, and hide WMD.

When Iraq is liberated, the US is not going to control the oil. Free-flowing oil from a liberated, transitioning to democracy nation IS NOT AN EVIL THING! That money will go to rebuilding the country. Did we ever get reparations from Germany or Japan? NO! OUT OF OUR OWN POCKETS their economies were transformed into two of the largest in the world, with factories more modern than our own. ON WHAT HISTORICAL BASIS will the U.S. do anything but rebuild the country, let alone rape its resources?
