things in bodybuilding is to have a kick ass leg workout !!!! one of those were when you are done you sit there legs shaking, sweat pouring out and you cant get up. then you ask yourself did i over train? hell yea !! but you want it !!!!!!

Ive had those man, I did that once to shock my legs and they were trembleing and i couldnt walk right. I did 5 sets of each exersice but going heavy and going to failure. My limit was around 8 reps or so, I took them to 20 on each set. I was sore for about a whole week. But I loved that pain.

The best damn leg day is when you can't even walk a few inches without falling over and feeling that huge huge pump in them,looking at them swole and vascular
