you know, it really sucks when you wake up, still a little groggy, you make eggs and didn't notice a ficken egg shell somehow passed by into the pan. You then bite into your eggs with the assumption of having nice fluffy eggs, but then you get this big ass crunchy hard bite!

I got some egg beaters yesterday. Never tried them, these have bell peppers and such premixed in.

I always look pretty closely at my eggs to make sure I don't have any shells in there... that's not one of those mistakes you want to repeat, lol

Egg shells, try chewing down on some plastic that broke off from the blender where you frapped the ice for your protein shake....that's fun!

Hehe I once dropped a tablespoon of flax, tablespoon and all into a blender. The blender exploded it was a mess. What a waste of 2 scoops of problend. LOL
