If people responded to their own questions like they were someone else? It would be a good test to discover bipolar personalities, or just insane people.

If I were an insurance company, like one of those really big ones in New York, I think I would drop crazy people from my coverage 'umbrella'. Because, crazy people could get hurt with umbrellas, and I dont think the staff at their mental institutions could handle all the bad luck.
