I do chest/tri, then back/bi, should I have a just arms day so I can completely ruin a fresh muscle, and I also heard that shoulders and back should be separate days. Anyone have an answer?

id do chest bis and back tris when i do split liek that cuz...when u do chest ur tris are helping already so if u do bis with ches tu can get fulls tm ulation form ur bi workouts alone and not worry bout not fully stimulating muscle that what i liek anyway, but i do prefer do that eer month or so otherwise i liek chest on mon then arms then shoulders back and rear delts and fri day legs o i dont gotta be walkin f'ed up durig the week lolThe Don Juan of Fitness Geared
