it doesn't have to be in the little blue box. i'm much more concerned about the actual quality of the diamond over the size. i think to me size is the least important C.
honestly, i'd be happy with anything between 1 and 1.5ct. and think of it this way, the larger the diamond, the harder it is to TRULY find something that's "flawless".
BUT, i'm not a materialistic dork... really. if i find someone i really wanna spend the rest of my life with, i will be happy with whatever they can give me within our means. plus, i'd rather have a down payment on a house than a big 'ol ring

i personally really only want a solitaire. lately, i've been thinking that a very good emerald cut diamond would be nice too. the glitter is different. but there's something about it's understated elegance.....
