Problem with a racist in my building

Well as you all know that my gf is black,and my 2 kids r mixed.Anyways I was out in front of my apartment tonight about 15minutes ago talking to my sons mother as she put my kids in the car,when the lady upstairs walks out with her redneck punkass boyfriend as he walks by he said something like "look 2 little portch monkeys" and goes in the car and pulls off,I didnt even realize what he said untill their mother said something to me and he had already drove off.The lady upstairs is nice as can be and is always nice to my kids and I know that her bf drinks like a mofo,but that is no reason to talk that shit.I dont have any problem if the guy is in the fukin kkk as long as he keeps that shit to himself.Well I have been paseing my apartmet waiting for this little fuker to pull back in,anyways I'm gonna crush him,my gf is tellin me no,and I'm not in to starting shit but tell me if its not promoted to beat his ass?I mean the fukin guy says this shit under his breath in front of my kids and there mom,wtf,am I right or wrong?I mean u just dont say that shit.I'm fukin heated
