Took a BP test today

Hope its cool to post this here, didn't know where I should.

I went to the Randalls today and did one of those Blood Pressure and Heart Rate machines while i was waiting for my GF to get her prescriptions. I got a 117/56 and my heart rate was at 64. Is that good?Not sure, i usually don't care about stuff like that but I was bored- crombie09

Never mind, I see it That's pretty average for your BP and age, and your resting heart rate is pretty good, the lower the better. A freind of mind has a resting heart rate of 105! Just sitting there, his heart is beating that fast, that's crazy! Mine is 52
