they can't even find enough proof that she actually broke the law that they went after her for (insider trading), so now they're going to try to indict her on obstruction of justice. so number 1, she's not going to trial, her case is going to a grand jury to determin whether there is enough evidence to warrant a trial. and as far as that's concerned, that's where i think it's a bunch of cock sucking schmucks in congress who wanted to prove that she did something wrong, couldn't find that she did and now can only say that she lied to them.

A lot of us would of done the same thing. She will not get in serious trouble because she has to much money. If she did get in any trouble K-mart would stop carrying her line of merchandise and then they would for sure go out of business. See to much of a ripple effect.

you're obviously missing my point. i'm saying that even though there is NO EVIDENCE that she committed insider trading, they've already skewered her in the court of public opinion and now are going to indict her on obstruction of justice charges. the fact that you are convinced she is a criminal goes to only prove my point.
