Was just listening to the local news..

2 different males got sentanced in court yesterday.

1 was busted for a marijuana grow operation, 1st ever criminal offence.
The other was driving drunk and nearly killed a girl.. she's braindamaged and everything now..this was his 3rd conviction for DUI!!!

AND THEY BOTH GOT THE SAME SENTANCE!!

If it matters at all, I think the grower's sentance was about fair. I think they went WAY too easy on the guy who nearly killed a girl on his 3rd DUI. I mean shit.. this girl's life is ruined cause some asshole can't leave the car at home and they give him an 18month sentance? Probably won't spend more than 6 months behind bars..

reminds me of two storied I watched on tv one time.

the first- A guy was confined to his wheelchair and had to stay at home all day (this was in a nice enighborhood). Across the street there was a baseball parl that kids used all the time wiht a loud speaker. this guy didnt like the loud speaker (understandibly he was at home all the time and it was in use all the time). so he went out and bought a .410 shotgun (to presumably shoot the loudspeaker out). He did not threaten to use it. Did not ever use it. Never even got it out and handled it. or even shot it.
the neighbors got wind of this (cuase they knew he HATED this loudspeaker) and he was arrested. they even convicted him of some bs charge. His handcapt ass was in jail close to a year.


story # 2- in the backwoods of some shitty state (prolly WV.....lol YJ) This woman would raise her hogs. These people moved in some time after that and about a weeks later her hogs started dying. Each one shot. At least one a week. she knew who was doing it but never saw it. (these people had full auto Aks and and a collection of assalt weapons even vandoo would be pround of). So one day she goes to these people house and confronted them. One of the guys told her to fuck off. She then started to get threating phonecalls like" We know when your going to die, do you?" and things like that. She even played one of them in an interview that was left on her answering machine!! Well the cops told her they couldnt do anyting because they didnt know the voic on the tape and she couldnt prove that it was those ppl that killed the hogs. So nothing happend to them. The one lady was force to move because of this families abuse.

how bout that shit for justice?
