I cannot Fly
This weekend i decided it was time to clean off the roof so i got the pressure washer and went to town cleaning the roof tile. Well i was all finished and was doing the pool deck and i realized i left the cleaners on the roof so i had to get back up there. I had changed shoes and put on sandles should of put shoes back on! so i got up on the roof got the cleaner and on the way down the ladder i slipped and landed on my ankle wrong and sprained and tore the ligament in my ankle.

Yea no shit it was leg day too. Well i am supposed to stay off of it for a week or so but that is to long i will gimp around the gym.. If i dont work out i will shrink by the day.Now who I am is who I'll be until I die
