  • Rerack the Damn Weights

    Is it just me, or do other people find it annoying when people won't put the damn plates back. My gym even has signs all over the place and people still seem oblivious. I wonder if they had mothers who spent their lives picking up after them?

        what I do when people do that, I go to that person and tell them to please take the weight off, works everytime...especially when you make them look like a dumbass in front of everyone


        I do that shit all the time in my gym, no one put's the weight up

            Yep yep yep. Irritates the hell out of me. Also, when they don't put the weight back on the proper tree ( for example putting the 25s where 45s go) drives me apeshit. They can't see that its in the wrong spot? WTF?

                Do like me, if you are tired of putting the plates back, bring a skinny friend over, when you are finished, you say let's go.

                Last week, I got so pissed.

                I go to the shrugs machine, the gym develloped a new one, anyway I arrived and I see the fucker before me put

                2X 20lbs 1X5 plates

                WTF put a fucking 45lbs plate!

                  dumbells too. i may be using the 90s and some newbie is benching the 25s and the bench he is using is closer to the spot my weights came from so thats where his go. then i have to put em down move his then put mine up. pisses me off.

                      I don't have these problems, I built my own gym in my basement. So everything is where I want it.

                            you know what. i never rack it. and if someone says something to me, i swear to god i will bash their fucking skull in with a 45 and tell them to rack it them selves
